São Bento Station is a beautiful and imposing building of French influence, designed by the architect José Marques da Silva.
With more than 100 years of existence, it is renowned for its striking panels, composed of 20,000 tiles by the painter Jorge Colaço.
The station building is impeccably maintained by Infraestruturas de Portugal, just as it was at the beginning of the 20th century awaiting the highest figures of the Portuguese State.
The Presidential train awaits its guests on platform number 6, ready to lead them on an unforgettable journey through space and time.
Here begins and ends this magical journey.
