The beautiful kitchen of another era gave way to a new space, specially designed for this train and for these complex missions. The current equipment has the signature of Küppersbusch. The china is Vista Alegre and the crystals are Riedel.

Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa & Chef Rui Silvestre

<b>Henrique Sá Pessoa</b> defines his cuisine with a refined taste, perfect technique and an excellent product. His solo project - Alma, received two Michelin stars in 2015 and 2018. In 2021, won his place in The Best Chef Awards, entering directly in the 38th position. <br><br> After an enviable career that lead him for 7 years to work in several French, Swiss and Hungarian restaurants, Le Castellet, by Christophe Bacquié, awarded 3 Michelin stars, stands out. In 2015, <b>Rui Silvestre</b> achieved his first Michelin star at Restaurante Bon Bon at the age of 29. A feat that he repeated in 2020, at Vistas Restaurant.

Distinguished in 2020 by Revista de Vinhos / Essência do Vinho as “Chef of the Year 2019” and still in 2020 recognized as “Personality of the Year”, <b>Diogo Rocha</b>, author of three award-winning books, won his first Michelin Star for the Mesa de Lemos Restaurant in 2019, which renovated in 2020 and 2021. <br><br> <b>Óscar Geadas</b> distinguished as Revelation Chef 2018 by the magazine Vinhos and Michelin Star since 2019, the owner of the renowned G Restaurant has received the Golden Fork, a Boa Cama Boa Mesa award since 2016. You can also recognize him from TV, as a jury on Masterchef Portugal.

After 4 years as Head Chef at the emblematic Hoja Santa, <b>Hugo Candeias</b> is currently Executive Chef of the Paradigma Group which, in addition to The Art Gate, has other projects including the Ofício Lisboa restaurant which has collected several awards and distinctions since it opened. <br><br> <b>Pedro Pena Bastos</b>, returns to The Presidential, but deserves a special introduction. After launching a unique project, Ceia, which saw him receive multiple awards, he received in 2021 his first Michelin Star for Cura - the new gastronomic concept of the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon.

<b>José Avillez</b>, considered one of the great references of gastronomy in Portugal, currently has several restaurants in Portugal and in Dubai, each with its own concept. We highlight Belcanto, distinguished with two Michelin Stars and considered one of the best restaurants in the world by the prestigious “The World's 50 Best Restaurants”. <br><br> <b>Vasco Coelho Santos</b>, returns to The Presidential. Owner of Euskalduna Studio - his first space for contemporary signature cuisine - he has several national and international distinctions. Currently, with the growth of the Euskalduna Group, the Chef also has other projects such as Semea, Ogi by Euskalduna (bakery) and Peixaria by Euskalduna.

<b>Marlene Vieira</b>, a woman from the north, confident, fearless and ambitious. After passing by the best luxury restaurants, this year she opened her new eponymous haute cuisine restaurant - Marlene,. A fine dining concept that we believe will earn her a Michelin Star. <br><br> <b>Michele Marques</b>, in 2013, put Alentejo gastronomy on the map again when she conquered her dream, opening her own restaurant - Mercearia Gadanha. Surrendered to the charms of Alentejo, she has just opened a charming accommodation in the center of Estremoz, where it also has another restaurant, Casa do Gadanha. Projects where she has been reinventing and adapting the kitchen in constant innovation.
Chef Alexandre Silva & Chef João Rodrigues

Chef <b>Alexandre Silva</b> represents fire, creativity and sustainability. In 2015, he opened the irreverent Loco and received his first Michelin Star in 2016. In 2017, he won the Platinum Fork and Chef of the Year - the two awards corresponding to the best of the year in these two categories. In 2019, a new space was opened – FOGO, more than a concept, FOGO represents a culture, an ideal and a way of life. <br><br> Chef <b>João Rodrigues</b>, considered by many to be one of the best in the country, accumulates distinctions. From 2011 to 2022, he was executive chef at Feitoria restaurant, where he maintained a Michelin Star for over a decade. In the last seven years, the Chef has dedicated his work to deepening research on Portuguese producers and the identity of national gastronomy, founding the Matéria Project. In 2021, he received The Game Changer Award from La Liste Awards.

Journeys may come to an end, but memories last forever. Two Michelin Chefs return to The Presidential to do the honors of this magnificent last trip. <br><br> Aged 31, born in Paranhos (Porto), <b>João Oliveira</b> dedicated himself to cooking at a very young age. After spells in the north and south of the country, João Oliveira started wearing the VISTA restaurant jacket in 2015. The famous Michelin Guide awarded the 30-year-old chef his first star in 2017. In 2018, he began to design a new concept. A "movement" created for VISTA that is guided by the values of sustainability of ingredients. <b>Pedro Lemos</b> started his professional career in Porto, then moved through Lisbon and the Douro in a relentless pursuit of his dream. He rediscovered a taste for Portuguese products and their history. Along the way, he defined himself as a Chef, gaining identity and style, deepening his knowledge of gastronomy, and making all those who tasted his creations fall in love. Today, at his restaurant Pedro Lemos, which opened in 2009, he cooks with passion and creativity and, in 2014, he earned his first Star in the prestigious Michelin Guide.
