Aged 31, born in Paranhos (Porto), João Oliveira dedicated himself to cooking at a very young age. After spells in the north and south of the country, João Oliveira started wearing the VISTA restaurant jacket in 2015. The famous Michelin Guide awarded the 30-year-old chef his first star in 2017. In 2018, he began to design a new concept. A "movement" created for VISTA that is guided by the values of sustainability of ingredients.
Pedro Lemos started his professional career in Porto, then moved through Lisbon and the Douro in a relentless pursuit of his dream. He rediscovered a taste for Portuguese products and their history. Along the way, he defined himself as a Chef, gaining identity and style, deepening his knowledge of gastronomy, and making all those who tasted his creations fall in love.
Today, at his restaurant Pedro Lemos, which opened in 2009, he cooks with passion and creativity and, in 2014, he earned his first Star in the prestigious Michelin Guide.
